II: 65

Note: There was a glitch last week in which I jumped two verses by mistake and then back-filled. II: 64 can be found by scrolling down after last week’s II: 62, 63 post.

Chapter 2, Verse 65

“Sorrow melts
Into that clear peace.
The quiet mind
Is soon established in peace.”

Sri Ramakrishna:

“After curdling, the milk is to be kept undisturbed in one place so that it may coagulate into good curds. Change of location will have adverse effect. Likewise, the mind is to be fixed on the Lord alone for it to become calm and divine.”
